Strong leadership, risk management, and communication skills are essential. Experience in civil construction or real estate development is preferred.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Civil Technologist to support the design and implementation of land development projects. You will assist in preparing engineering drawings, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with municipal standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD and strong technical problem-solving skills are required. Experience in civil design or construction is an asset.
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our land development team. You will be responsible for designing innovative and functional residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects while ensuring compliance with zoning regulations and sustainability standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and strong visualization skills are essential. Prior experience in architectural design for land development projects is preferred.
We are seeking a skilled AutoCAD Drafter to prepare detailed civil and architectural drawings for land development projects. You will work closely with engineers and designers to produce accurate site plans, grading layouts, and utility designs. Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D and knowledge of drafting standards is required. Prior experience in land development or infrastructure projects is a plus.
